Free In-Home Consultation
To ensure we meet your specific needs, we offer a complimentary initial consultation. This visit allows us to sit down with you and any family members involved to discuss the care requirements in detail. By gaining a full understanding of the situation, we can tailor our services to fit the unique needs of your loved one.
Care & Wellness Package
Our Care & Wellness Package includes a range of services, but we are always happy to customize based on specific needs.
Care & Wellness Package
• Price: $45 per hour + HST (Minimum of 2 hours)
• Services Include:
• Companionship: Providing emotional support, social interaction, and assistance with daily activities.
• Medication Reminders: Ensuring timely and accurate medication intake and supporting overall health.
• Bathing & Dressing: Assisting with personal hygiene, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Fall Prevention: Conducting a fall risk assessment and providing personalized safety recommendations to reduce the risk of injury.
• Light Housekeeping: Helping with light cleaning tasks to maintain a tidy and comfortable living space.
• Outdoor clean up, gardening, grass cutting or snow removal
• Meal Support: Preparing simple meals, such as sandwiches, to ensure proper nutrition.
• Socialization Activities & Errands: Assisting with small errands and offering social activities to promote emotional well-being. (Ex. Grocery shopping, outdoor walks )
